GIFT AND CARD IN ONE!!! You are bidding on a puzzle postcard commemorating New York postage stamps issued by the United States Postal Service July 26th, 1988. This New York postcard is of the Scott stamp # 2346. This card shows New York City's Federal Hall, the first capital under the Constitution. This mailable postcard is also a puzzle. A clear plastic seal covers the front of each postcard securing the puzzle pieces in a frame forming a puzzle tray. The stiff plastic covering snaps off on the dotted lines along the border of the picture in order to access the puzzle. The heavy duty cardboard puzzle can be used over and over again.
