GIFT AND CARD IN ONE!!! This listing is for a puzzle postcard commemorating North Carolina postage stamps issued by the United States Postal Service in 1989. This North Carolina postcard is of the Scott stamp # 2347. The card shows the North Carolina state flower, the Dogwood. This mailable postcard is also a puzzle. A clear plastic seal covers the front of each postcard securing the puzzle pieces in a frame forming a puzzle tray. The stiff plastic covering snaps off on the dotted lines along the border of the picture in order to access the puzzle. The heavy duty cardboard puzzle can be used over and over again.
These postcards are new and unused but we are at the end of our supply and may have some minor scuffs in the plastic covering.
