GIFT AND CARD IN ONE!!! You are bidding on a puzzle postcard commemorating Creatures of the Sea postage stamps issued by the United States Postal Service On October 3, 1990. These stamps were issued jointly with the Soviet Union and featured aquatic mammals common to both nations and were released in Baltimore, MD and Moscow. This Commemorative Puzzle Series Postcard is of the Scott stamp # 2509 and depicts two Northern Sea Lions.

This mailable postcard is also a puzzle. A clear plastic seal covers the front of each postcard securing the puzzle pieces in a frame forming a puzzle tray. The stiff plastic covering snaps off on the dotted lines along the border of the picture in order to access the puzzle. The heavy duty cardboard puzzle can be used over and over again.
