You are bidding on a puzzle postcard commemorating postage stamps issued by the United States Postal Service in 1982. This Commemorative Puzzle Series postcard is of Scott stamp #1976. Depicted on the stamp is the Mississippi state bird and flower, the Mockingbird and Magnolia.

This mailable postcard is also a puzzle. A clear plastic seal covers the front of each postcard securing the puzzle pieces in a frame forming a puzzle tray. The stiff plastic covering snaps off on the dotted lines along the border of the picture in order to access the puzzle. The heavy duty cardboard puzzle can be used over and over again.
